Terms of Service

Acceptance
These terms are an agreement between you and Orbit IQ ("we", "us"). By using Read the Room, the Leadership Intelligence Interview, or any other OrbitIQ service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What OrbitIQ is
OrbitIQ is a reflection and preparation tool designed to help professionals think clearly about interpersonal dynamics. The insights it generates are interpretive prompts, not clinical assessments, medical advice, or professional psychological services. You are responsible for how you use the output.
What OrbitIQ is not
OrbitIQ does not profile, monitor, or surveil the people you describe. It produces interpretive frameworks based solely on your own inputs. It has no access to information about third parties.
Subscription and automatic renewal
Read the Room Early Access is $19.99 per month or $199 per year. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the same price, and continues until you cancel. We will email you a receipt for every charge. If the price ever changes, your existing subscription keeps its current price until we give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, from your account, without contacting us and without explaining why. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Your RoomMaps are yours
Cancelling never takes away work you have already done. Every RoomMap you created stays in your account, readable and downloadable, whether or not you are currently subscribed. A subscription is what lets you create NEW RoomMaps.
Refunds
If Read the Room is not right for you, email contact@orbitiq.app within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After that, you can cancel any time and keep access through the period you have paid for; we do not pro-rate part-used periods. If you are ever charged in error, tell us and we will put it right.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe holds it. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply where you live.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use OrbitIQ to make discriminatory employment decisions, harass individuals, or build derivative systems that surveil others without their consent.
Limitation of liability
OrbitIQ is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you make based on your reads, business outcomes, or relationship changes resulting from your use of the tool.
Changes
We may update these terms. Subscribers will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
